What You Will Need
*Yoga Mat
*10lb and 15lb Dumbbell 
*Workout Bands (Useful but not required)
12pm-12:15 Pacific time: Role Call, Introduction, motivational strategies, reiteration of agenda
12:16-12:50 Pacific Time: Workout instruction, motivational support.
12:51-1pm Pacific Time: Fitness and Nutrition tips, instructions for workouts for rest of the week, etc.
